Heeding God’s Call: A Gathering on Peace
Application for Vendors and Exhibitors
The Gathering will accept up to three preferred vendors for books, crafts, and peace related materials (including fairly traded items, international crafts, and relevant logo items.) Vendors will contribute 20% of gross sales to the Gathering. Vendors are responsible for complying with
The Gathering will accept exhibits as space allows at the cost of $10 per linear foot of table space with a maximum of 6 feet per exhibitor. Linear feet may include only ½ the width of a table (that is, different exhibits may be on both sides of a table.) Stand alone exhibits will be accepted at a cost of $5 per square foot, with a maximum of 12 square feet per exhibitor. Exhibitors may offer a few items for sale at their exhibits under the following terms:
· Exhibitors will contribute 15% of gross sales to the Gathering
· Items for sale may not duplicate those offered by our vendors
· Exhibitors will provide their own staff to make sales or depend on an “honor system” method of selling. The Gathering will not provide any staffing.
· Exhibit security will be limited during open periods.
The Gathering staff and Steering Committee may make determinations of the suitability of any exhibitor. Priority will be given to vendors and exhibitors related to the three sponsoring denominations (Brethren, Mennonites, and Quakers.)
