Plenary Session Recordings

Originally presented at Heeding God’s Call: A Gathering on Peace, January 2009, a joint effort of the Church of the Brethren, the Mennonite Church USA, and Philadelphia Yearly Meeting of the Religious Society of Friends.

If you were unable to attend the Peace Gathering, or you wish to hear some portion of the conference again, recordings of all the sessions are available below in mp3 format.  (These files are very large, even with high-speed internet, they may take considerable time to download.) Please note, in keeping with the practices of Friends, during worship sessions there were occasional moments of silence as part of the worship. During these times some in attendance felt lead to share messages with those gathered.  To enhance the listening experience for these recordings the silent periods have been shortened, and the speakers amplified to some degree.
